Annual meeting notices are sent out by flyer to all PHNA residents, and followed up by e-mail distribution. All other meetings are called as needed. Such notices are distributed by e-mail. If sufficient funding is available,* flyers will also be mailed out. To be sure you are notified of important meetings besides the Annual Meeting, please be sure we have your e-mail address. Send it to ronpat11@comcast.net. * The County pays for 3 mailings a year, which we use for two newsletters and our annual meeting notice. We get no funding other than what we receive by donation. If you would like to contribute to our extra mailings fund (any amount welcome), please make a check payable to Pleasant Highlands Neighborhood Association and send it to:
